Solicitation Number: N4523A26Q5741 Requirement Title: 100kW Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) Rental Contracting Activity: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, WA Synopsis / Solicitation Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a non-personal services contract to provide the rental of One (01 EA) 100kW Diesel Generator (DG) to serve as part of an emergency power supply system (EPSS) for providing primary power and/or standby backup power at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) in Bremerton, Washington.

This requirement is being competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532490 (Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, PSC: W061 - Lease or Rental of Equipment – Electric Wire and Power Distribution).
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service type contract. The period of performance will be 7 December 2026 through 6 December 2027 (12 Months).
