The service

Federal Bid Alerts publishes open US federal contract opportunities by trade and state, and sends subscribers a daily email with the new opportunities that match the trades, states and set-asides they choose.

Independence and data

Federal Bid Alerts is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for SAM.gov, the General Services Administration or any government agency. The opportunities come from the public daily extract of Contract Opportunities published on SAM.gov. We copy them as they are published and may show them late, incompletely or with the errors of the source. Always read the full official notice, and its amendments, before you decide to bid. Nothing here is legal or bidding advice.

Subscription

Paid alerts cost $29 a month or $290 a year, charged by Stripe when you subscribe and again at each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in your receipt or in any alert; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and alerts continue until then. Prices may change for future periods; we tell subscribers by email before a change applies to them.

Your use

Use the service for your own business. Do not resell the alerts or copy the site in bulk.

Limits

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a missed or wrong opportunity, a lost bid, or any indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
