Description
The TSA CEB has a requirement to procure an Agilent CrossLab Silver preventative maintenance agreement for the Agilent Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) Single Quad system with no headspace. This is a necessary requirement to ensure proper operations of the CEB analytical lab equipment which is used for mission-critical research and analysis of Canine Explosive Training Aids (CETA) which are utilized by canine teams in the TSA National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program (NEDCTP) for mission-critical training and mission readiness.
Based on past experience, Agilent Technologies is the only qualified vendor. As the OEM, they have readily available replacement parts; they use the same OEM parts to replace faulty parts; and their technicians Agilent-certified which makes them the only qualified, with equipment software.
