The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has awarded a sole source contract to Peraton, Inc. for Arms Control Enterprise System (ACES) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemneted by FAR 6.103-1 (DoD Class Deviation 2026-O0017), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements in response to HDTRA126R0048.
