The Department of the Navy is releasing this draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the BQM-34S Engine Repair, Overhaul, and Conversion requirement to gather industry feedback, questions, and recommendations. This is NOT a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). No proposals are being requested, and the Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
