The procurement instrument was a commercial Task order - Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) - award to Iridium Satellite LLC for a series of Critical Factors Analysis (CFA) studies addressing the Iridium PLEO Constellation and its Services, and generalized PLEO Constellations and Services.
