Description
This amendment is to provide clarifications and corrections to previously combined synopsis amendment for RFQ 36C25926Q0882 0002 OKC Elevator Test and Inspection (Semi Annual and Annual Service) Amendment 0003 provides further clarification and corrections via the following changes: - Amendment 0002 added FAR clause CL-120 Supplemental Insurance Requirements. Since this is requirement is for the test and inspection of existing elevator equipment, The Performance Work Statement does not require asbestos removal, abatement, remediation, or intentional disturbance of asbestos-containing materials.
Therefor the following language will be removed from the clause: The successful bidder must present to the Contracting Officer, prior to award, evidence of general liability insurance without any exclusionary clauses for asbestos that would void the general liability coverage.
