The 195th Wing of the California Air National Guard is conducting market research to identify potential commercial sources capable of planning, design, build, delivery, installation, integration, and accreditation support of a turnkey secure space (see NIST definition of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility: csrc.nist.gov/glossary/term/sen...).
