Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with D-2 Incorporated, CAGE: 4EKX8 for a Fixed-Price contract. This action is for the procurement of (QTY 38) Hydraulic Fluid Particle Counters, Part Number: 4348AS1000-1, (QTY12) Phosphate Ester Particle Counter Assemblies, Part Number: 4348AS2000-1, and (QTY 4) NOAP Lab ParticleCounter, Part Number: 4348AS3000-1, in support of the attached Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
This Common Support Equipment (CSE) is required in support of extended deployment of the listed platforms. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
