This task order supports both the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC) operations and Plum Island Closure & Support (PICS) Program including execution of Program Management Office (PMO) functions, cost estimating, project management, technical program coordination, executive assistant support, procurement/acquisition support and budget support.
