Description
The purpose of this notice is to announce the Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order that was made on 25 September 2026 to Clarity Innovations, LLC for Advanced Cyber Analysis and Vulnerability Remediation support services to the Assistant Secretary for Navy Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN RDA) Office for Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic). This contract was not competitively procured because it is a sole source acquisition pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.103-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency.
The total contract ceiling if all options are exercised will be $9,982,100.42.
