Description
This notice is the public posting of the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the award of a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Desert Haven Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $930,000.00 for landscape construction, grading, irrigation installation, decomposed granite, decorative rock, planting, and related site work at the West Gate, Edwards Air Force Base, California.
The acquisition was conducted under RFO 12.102(b) and 41 U.S.C. 1901. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This posting is made pursuant to RFO 6.301.
