Description
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is the executive agent for Bulk Petroleum Supply Chain Services and the contracting activity for petroleum products and services for the Department of War (DoW). This justification & approval (J&A) is for the award of a six-month bridge action by modification on contract SPE603-22-D-5003 for laboratory testing of Government-owned petroleum products in the Middle East Region.
