Portfolio Acquisition Executive Mission Systems (PAE MS), on behalf of the Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) Program Office, is providing this special notice for general information purposes. This special notice provides a broad view of the future of the NEN environment and the role of industry in support of the NEN mission. This special notice does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP), solicitation, or commitment by the Government to issue an RFP or award a contract.
