The purpose of this justification is to execute a modification of Task Order 70T01026F7670N008 on a sole source basis under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) to Quasars (small business) for the provision of Online Learning Center (OLC) Learning Management System (LMS) Helpdesk Support Services to sustain daily OLC operations, maintenance and system enhancements for TSA’s OLC and the content it supports.
