Description
NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) has a requirement to procure one Signal Conditioning System in support of the Propulsion Test Office. NASA JSC WSTF intends to issue a sole source contract to procure a 192-channel signal conditioning system for WSTF’s Test Stand 406 from Precision Filters, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
