Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to GTP Structures, LLC. 116 Huntington Ave Boston, MA 02116, for a site lease. GTP Structures, LLC. is the owner/operator of this specific site; therefore, the ONLY source able to negotiate a contract with.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Class Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition form is attached with this notice.
The Government will utilize FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 531120 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
