Description
VA is seeking to lease a maximum 5,469 rentable square feet (RSF)/3,969 ABOA of clinical space in Mobile, Alabama for a 20 year; 7 year or 10 year firm lease. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans.
The property shall include 30 on-site parking spaces and a minimum of 2 ADA accessible parking spaces reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. Delineated Area North: ZEIGER ROAD/SPRING HILL AVE South: US I-10 East: NORTH WATER STREET West: SOLLIE ROAD/CODY ROAD
