(CAGE: 56529) for the Aircraft Pressurized Cabin Leakage Tester (APCLT) in support of the NAWCAD F/A-18F and EA-18G Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Program.
This order will procure one (1) APCLT (Part Number (P/N): 4129AS0100-1, National Stock Number (NSN): 4920-01-658-2036). The components being procured are integral to check aircraft pressurized cabins and canopy seals for leaks and for the ability to control aircraft cabin pressure and are critical to maintaining operational readiness. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
