This is the limited-sources justification for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to Leased Housing Developers Company LP for Facility Maintenance and Improvements. The Period of Performance (POP) includes one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods for an overall POP of 10/16/2026 - 10/15/2031.
