URGENT - REQUEST FOR QUOTE W912L727Q0507 115TH HSAD Mobilization Lodging and Meals, in WINCHESTER AND CONVINGTON, TN URGENT SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE LOCATION: NASHVILLE, TN (LODGING & MEALS) Hotels no more than 15-30 miles outside of each Armory Tax Exempt form will be sent with award IMPORT INFORMATION PLEASE READ This is a Request for Quote RFQ for the 115TH HSAD Pre-Mob Lodging and Meals for Winchester and Covington, TN.
The period of performance is 19 October – 30 October 2026. A rooming list will provided. PLEASE FILL IN THE EXCEL with the HOTEL and MEAL Roster for pricing and send it back to me by SUNDAY, 18OCT26 at 3:00PM CST. NOTE THIS CLOSES ON A SUNDAY - SUNDAY, 18OCT26 at 3:00PM CST - DUE TO THE START DATE ON MONDAY, 19 OCT 2026 This requirement is being advertised as Small Business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with a size standard of $40M. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency.
