Description
Department of War/Washington Headquarters Services (DoW/WHS) intends to solicit on a Limited source basis under statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition authorized under the provisions of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.302-1(c), Only One Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
This brand name award is to Chesapeake Technology, Inc. (Cage Code: 1SAP1 / Unique Entity ID: KTUYZJY12379). The Contracting Officer has determined that Chesapeake Technology, Inc. is the only source reasonably available to perform these services in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a) for acquisitions valued at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).
