UPDATES (21 October 2026): The RFI response due date has been extended to 30 October 2026, at 4PM EDT. All other information remians unchanged. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their responses by the revised deadline. __________ UPDATES (16 October 2026): The purpose of this notice is to formally release and incorporate the updated Statement of Work (SOW) titled "Financial Accounting Reporting SOW_20261016 (Draft)", which supersedes and replaces in its entirety the previously posted CFOCO Financial Accounting Reporting SOW_05 Oct 2026 (Draft); all other terms and instructions of the original RFI notice remain unchanged, and all capability responses remain due via email to Dasol Robinson at [email protected] and Shanika Richardson at [email protected] no later than 23 October 2026, at 04:00 PM ET. __________ Request for Information (RFI) – Financial Accounting & Reporting THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI).
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for capability information does not constitute an RFP or RFQ and does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Further, the Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) is not at this time seeking proposals or quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals or quotations.
Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. This RFI is being used as a Market Research tool for informational purposes and for preliminary planning purposes to identify potential sources that possess the required experience and expertise to provide the required support. Small and large businesses are encouraged to respond.
