The cost proposal submitted in response to the Space Environment Technologies and Science (SETS) – investigator must be with the firm at the time of the award and during the conduct of the proposed effort. Primary employment means that more than one-half of the principal investigator's time is spent with the business.
Identify any lawful U.S. permanent residents and foreign nationals you expect to be involved on this project as a direct employee, subcontractor or consultant. If NONE, check here .
