Statement of Work
I. Background:
The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 requires comprehensive sustainment of the PowerScribe 360 system, a software license and renewal options for PowerScribe One, data migration to PowerScribe One, project management of the transition to PowerScribe One, training on PowerScribe One, and comprehensive sustainment for PowerScribe One for up to 3 years.
The Contractor shall:
Maintain the current PowerScribe 360 Radiology Dictation and Reporting System Complete a mid-cycle upgrade to PowerScribe One Radiology Dictation system and transition the host site from Salt Lake City to the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) host site Upon completion of the mid-cycle upgrade, continue with a 12-month annual subscription for PowerScribe One throughout the remaining period of performance.
This coverage and mid-cycle upgrade will cover one existing PowerScribe 360 system at the host site, Salt Lake City (SLC) VA Healthcare System, and all remaining VISN 19 healthcare systems--VA Oklahoma City Healthcare system (OKL), Sheridan (SHE) VA Healthcare system Eastern Colorado Healthcare system (ECH), Grand Junction Healthcare System (GRJ), Fort Harrison VA Healthcare system (FHM), Cheyenne Healthcare System (CHY), Eastern Oklahoma VA Health System (MUS and TUL). It will include any associated clinics and outlying instances where clinical dictation and reporting is required and allow for additional clinics or facilities to be added during the contract coverage. The upgrade will transition the host site from SLC to the VAEC. It will also ensure that all instances of PowerScribe at all facilities referenced will transition to the VAEC.
