See Section M, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Factors for Award, Price Factor 3 for evaluation methodology concerning all price proposals. Reference Attachment II for price proposal form. The services to be furnished during the period specified herein and the unit prices are as follows: LINE ITEM 0001 (BASE): CONUS Government-Owned-Contractor Operated (GOCO) fuel Storage Services, V20000403: (FIRM-FIXED PRICE)
The Contractor shall provide Government-Owned-Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel storage services for DFSP Tampa, FL. The Contractor shall provide the services for receiving, protecting, storing and shipping U.S. Government-Owned Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade Jet-A in accordance with the contract, including the terms and conditions set forth in the. Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment I) and all other terms and conditions set forth herein for the period November 04, 2026, through November 03. 2030.
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: PORT TAMPA, FLORIDA.
Prices under CLIN 0001 shall include pricing for all services and requirements included in the PWS, Attachment I of this solicitation.

LINE ITEM 0002 (OPTION): CONUS Contractor-Owned-Contractor-Operated (COCO) Storage Services, V20000403: (FIRM-FIXED PRICE)
The Contractor shall provide COCO services to discharge Government-Owned product from vessels at the dock of Port Tampa and transfer it to the Government-owned pipeline in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment I) and all other terms and conditions set forth herein for the period November 04, 2030, through November 03. 2035.
