Instructions to Offerors Cadet Wooden Hangers
All offerors interested in submitting a quote for this requirement need to follow these instructions. If an offeror does not comply with the following instructions, they shall be excluded from consideration of a contract award.
All offerors shall send Color Photos of the Hanger according to specifications, (submit detailed color photos as seen in specification and provide dimensions, type of wood used, also country of origin hangers are manufactured) based on the specifications attached in the solicitation toSonya Van Valkenburg at Bldg. 681 Hardee Place, RM-104 West Point, NY 10996, by close of Solicitation date. The sample shall be sent via UPS or USPS, and must contain the following information: Name of Company, Contact Name (First & Last), Mailing Address, City, State, Zip Code, Direct Phone Number, and Email Address.
Please include the Solicitation Number on the package.
All samples must be submitted by the closing date of the solicitation. Please adhere to the Buy American clause when supplying goods and materials relating to this solicitation. Submit tracking information via the Unison/FedBid attachment option. The Government shall make one contract award, without discussions. Therefore, if an offeror doesnt submit Photo samples this individual shall not receive consideration for this contract. The Government shall not be liable for any lost or misdirected proposal and or samples.
