This J&A is for the issuance of a sole source contract to Teamworks for the procurement of the Teamworks Nutrition Application. This is a request for a new POTFF Enterprise-wide contract. The contract is a one-year base, starting in FY26, with three one-year option periods and a 52.217-8 Option to Extend being analyzed in the TEP. Funding type is O&M (MFP-11), and the base year will be fully funded with FY26 funds. The contract will be firm-fixed price.

The Teamworks Nutrition App is a proprietary software solution specifically designed to streamline and enhance nutrition management for USSOCOM’s Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) personnel. The software provides critical functionality, including personalized meal planning, nutritional tracking, performance optimization, and team management features, which are integral to meeting the POTFF program's mission of improving operator readiness, performance, and overall health. These capabilities are not available in any other products currently on the market. This contract shall provide licenses to Teamworks’s elite sports fueling (nutrition)
