Maintenance & Operations of leased dark fiber. Quantities stated in attached RFP for POINT-TO-POINT circuits (lit fiber, dark fiber, etc) are for unit pricing.
Provide SEPARATE pricing for each request/option. DO NOT combine with other circuits/options. The pricing MUST NOT be bundled with other circuits/options and MUST NOT be contingent on applicant being required to purchase more than 1 circuit. Failure to meet these pricing conditions MAY be considered as non-responsive and failed technical specifications and design.
BID PROPOSALS THAT PROVIDE CIRCUITS IN A POINT-TO-MULTIPOINT OR SHARED CONFIGURATION WILL BE DEEMED AS FAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGN. Seeks annual installment plan for non-discounted portion of any non-recurring costs related to special construction. Payment plan over 4 years.The bid documents must be received by Tuesday, December 15, 2026, at 2:00:00 PM (Pacific) or earlier, in a sealed envelope, identified by bid identifier PESD E-Rate Year 2027 RFP Bid # PLANADA-ERATE-2027-01, and addressed to Jose L.
Gonzalez, Superintendent Planada Elementary School District, 9722 E Haskell Ave, Planada, CA 95365. PESD shall use the official U.S. time that is provided by the website www.time.gov to determine if the submission has met the deadline.NOTE: It is the total responsibility of the Vendor to return bids to PESD by the required date, time, and place.
The PESD District Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The PESD District Office is closed weekends and holidays, November 11, 25 - 27; December 23 - 25 and 30 - 31, 2026; January 1 & 18, 2027; and February 15 & 16, 2027. PESD cannot receive bids after office hours or when the office is closed. If bids are to be delivered via common carrier or delivery services, vendors are cautioned that express next day AM delivery is generally not guaranteed in Planada.
THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) WILL NOT DELIVER THE BIDS TO THE PLANADA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICE LOCATION.
