The attached RFP is issued to create convenience contracts for various E-Rate-eligible products. Please see RFP for details. Total quantities to be determined by entity need. The USETPA is only authorized to seek bids and not order services. As per E-Rate rules, additional members may be added so long as membership is accepted before the applicant files their 471. For non-E-Rate purposes, contracts are open for use by all schools, libraries and local government entities as defined by applicable state laws. This RFP is issued with the express intent to add additional members after the initial RFP and 470 have been issued and contracts awarded. Users of contract should seek guidance to confirm eligibility.For MIBS- equipment should be as quoted above and should clearly state if it iincludes remote or on-site managementAll questions and bids must be directed to the USETPA as per the RFP instructions. Directly contacting any member of the consortium regarding this 470 will automatically result in the bid's disqualification.
