The State of Wyoming is seeking to solicit stand-alone bid responses for wide-area network services at the following educational circuit locations at the identified capacities (as represented on the attached spreadsheet). Bid responses must be received by November 9, 2026. Responses received after this date will be invalid and will not be considered. Auto-generated Form 470 replies received via email are invalid and will not be accepted or considered a valid bid response. The requested services are to be bid to be connected back to a district hub site (as identified on the attached spreadsheet in the "Z-end address" column) in a spoke-and-hub configuration or to a State Unified Network Core (as identified on the attached spreadsheet in the "Z-end address" column). The requested services must support Ethernet. The requested services must be provided as IP Layer 3 or Ethernet Layer 2 over Ethernet 802.1q VLANs. The requested services must be capable of passing 802.1Q tagged and untagged frames. The requested services must support frame sizes of up to 1522 bytes without fragmentation. The requested services must be Intrastate in nature as defined by the FCC 10% rule. The requested services must support up to at least 10000 unique MAC addresses per A-end location (as identified on the attached spreadsheet in the "A-end address" column).
