PROJECT OVERVIEW:Essex Fells Elementary School is seeking competitive proposals for Category 2 Internal Connections and Basic Maintenance to upgrade its campus wireless network infrastructure. Equipment and services sought include approximately 28 Wi-Fi 6E Wireless Access Points, 1 Wireless Gateway / Controller (32 AP / 2k client capacity), mounting hardware, 1-year basic support/warranty, and professional installation, configuration, testing, and system deployment services.EQUIPMENT EQUIVALENCY & RFP ATTACHMENT:Detailed specifications, quantities, and scope of work are provided in the attached RFP document. Benchmark manufacturer models (HPE Aruba) are referenced solely to establish technical standards. Proposals for equivalent or superior functional products from any manufacturer will be accepted and evaluated equally.DISQUALIFICATION FACTORS:Bids may be disqualified prior to evaluation if they fail to meet any of the following mandatory conditions:Failure to possess an active USAC Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Form 498 on file.Bidders on FCC "Red Light" status or suspended/debarred from participating in the E-rate program.Proposals received after the mandatory minimum 28-day bidding deadline posted on this Form 470.Failure to submit itemized pricing separating E-rate eligible products/services from any ineligible costs.SPAM, automated robotic responses, or bids that fail to address the specific scope of work outlined in the attached RFP.SUBMISSION & INQUIRIES:All vendor questions and bid responses must be submitted via email to the contact specified in the attached RFP document.
