All equipment bid must be new.Proposals are due in either hardcopy or in electronic form (PDF format) on or before Wednesday, December 2, 2026 at 3:00 pm CST at Springfield Platteview Community Schools, Attn: Tim Seretta RFP Response, 765 Main Street, Springfield, NE 68059 or emailed to [contact in the Form 470]. Emailed proposal documents will be time-stamped from the receiving computer.
