Four Star Public Library District seeks bids for Category Two Internal Connections equipment and installation to upgrade network security and expand wireless connectivity within its approximately 4,500-square-foot library facility.Requested equipment includes one 12-port vertical-mount patch panel; 11 CAT6 RJ45 HD keystone connectors; 11 six-foot CAT6 Ethernet patch cables; approximately 675 feet of CAT6 plenum-rated bulk Ethernet cable; one Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Gateway Ultra (or equivalent) to replace an unsupported USG firewall; and one Ubiquiti U6 Pro wireless access point (or equivalent) to provide Wi-Fi coverage in the library's community room.The project includes approximately 20 hours of installation, cabling, configuration, and testing labor. Vendors should provide itemized pricing for equipment, materials, and installation, identifying E-Rate eligible and ineligible costs separately. Equivalent equipment meeting the library's functional requirements will be considered.
