Please reference Form 470 #270002365 on all correspondence.-------------------------------Reitz Memorial High School (the Applicant) seeks Internet Access and Data Transmission Services. We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 2+/- Gbps scalable to 5+/- Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the Applicants head-end located at located at Reitz Memorial High School, 1500 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN 47714, beginning 07-01-2027.
Please provide laddered pricing in 1+/- Gbps increments in all bids and contracts. ------------------------We will require 5+/- public IPv4 addresses.-------------------------The Applicant seeks a 3-year contract with up to two optional voluntary one-year extensions; other terms will be considered.-------------------------No informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled.
