It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. Service Providers are responsible for monitoring the USAC EPC site for any updates to this posting.-----Jac-Cen-Del Community School Corporation (the Applicant) seeks Internet Access and Data Transmission Services. We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 500+/- Mbps scalable to 2+/- Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the Applicants head-end located at located at Jac-Cen-Del Jr-Sr High School, 4586 N US Highway 421, Osgood, IN 47037, beginning 07-01-2027. Please provide laddered pricing in 500+/- Mbps increments in all bids and contracts. -----We will require 32+/- public IPv4 addresses. The Applicant seeks a 5-year contract with or without voluntary extensions; other terms will be considered; other terms will be considered. Extension terms and pricing must be spelled out in the proposal. Open-ended, automatically renewing, or "evergreen" terms are not acceptable and will not be considered responsive.-----QUESTIONSNo informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled. It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to check for any addenda that may be issued.-----PROPOSALSThe Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid.
