This is a request for battery back-ups, and all accompanying software, licenses, cables, connectors, mounting hardware and any other related items. USAC has advised applicants to include all three types of service on each Category 2 Form 470. SPI discounting is requested.-----YOU MUST REFER TO THE ASSOCIATED RFP Document in EPC for compete details. This is not a formal "RFP," but provides details which should allow service providers to prepare more directed bids. It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. Service Providers are responsible for monitoring the USAC EPC site for any updates to this posting.-----Questions/Site VisitsNo informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled. Any questions related to the technical aspects of this document should be directed to Mr. Shawn Brown, Technology Director at [email protected], no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on 11-03-2026. All emails must include reference to FCC Form 470 270002284 in the subject line of the email. Answers to any written questions or any additional information, revisions, or clarifications to the RFP will be provided in the form of an addendum to be posted with the FCC Form 470 on the Universal Service (E-Rate) website. It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to check for any addenda that may be issued.-----Proposal DeliveryThe Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid.Bid should be emailed to the office of Mr. Shawn Brown, Technology Director, at [email protected], by 12-03-2026 at 2:00 pm (EST). Bids received after that time will be disqualified. All emails must include reference to FCC Form 470 270002284 in the subject line of the email. FAXED bids are not acceptable and will be rejected as non-responsive.
