Lubbock Independent School District ("District") is requesting proposals from responsible E-Rate eligible suppliers for a district-wide refresh of its existing wireless access point infrastructure.The District intends to replace identified existing wireless access points with current-generation Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) equipment. Respondents shall provide turnkey pricing for all equipment, licensing, installation, configuration, removal of existing access points, documentation, testing, and related services necessary to provide a complete and operational wireless access point refresh at the locations identified in this solicitation.The project is intended primarily as a like-for-like replacement of the wireless access points identified in the Locations and Equipment Schedule. Existing access points not identified for replacement are not included in the base replacement quantities and shall be handled as directed by the District.Manufacturer and model references contained in this solicitation are intended to establish the required level of functionality, performance, compatibility, antenna characteristics, mounting configuration, and management capabilities and are not intended to be restrictive. Respondents may propose the specified manufacturer/model or equivalent. The District reserves the right to determine whether proposed equipment meets or exceeds the stated requirements.Submittal for this Request For Proposal will be online at http://lubbockisd.ionwave.net.
