We are requesting symmetrical Internet access delivered over leased lit fiber for the following locations: LaGrange Memorial Library 115 Alford St. LaGrange GA 30240 Hogansville Public Library 310 Johnson St. Hogansville GA 30230 Harris County Public Library 7511 GA Hwy 116 Hamilton GA 31811 Please quote speeds of 1, 2, 5 and 10 gigabit over a fiber circuit available for these locations, fees for 5 static IP addresses, and estimated taxes and other surcharges. Service Provider will provide all necessary equipment, IP addresses, connections, routers, etc. needed for Internet Access at the library. The vendor will be responsible for all service, maintenance, support, and monitoring of Internet connections. Prompt response times and on-site repairs during operating hours and proactive monitoring are required. Troubleshooting service will be provided within four (4) hours of reported problem(s). Direct access to the NOC (Network Operations Center) for troubleshooting is required. Refunds will be provided for periods of service outage. Full implementation of Internet service must occur by July 1, 2027. This will be a 3 year contract. All invoices must be based on a first-of-the-month through end-of-the-month cycle. We are requesting service provider invoicing. The deadline for submitting bids is November 20, 2026 at 5 pm. All questions must be submitted by November 6 at 5 pm.
