Knowledge Quest Academy is requesting bids for Category One Internet Access services for Funding Year 2027. All bidders must provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and submit a complete, responsive proposal that meets current ERate eligibility requirements.The school currently receives 1 Gbps Lit Fiber Internet Access under an existing multiyear agreement. For FY2027, Knowledge Quest Academy is seeking Lit Fiber Internet Access at a minimum of 1 Gbps, with the option to increase bandwidth as needed to support instructional growth, additional devices, expanded WiFi usage, and future classroom capacity.A multiyear contract may be considered; however, all eligible contract terms will be evaluated. Bidders may propose higher bandwidth options (e.g., 2 Gbps, 5 Gbps, 10 Gbps) if they are costeffective and support the schools present and nearfuture needs. Proposals must clearly identify bandwidth tiers, transport type, installation costs, monthly recurring charges, and any optional upgrades.Knowledge Quest Academy operates in an area with limited service provider availability; however, all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit proposals. Only legitimate, responsive bids will be evaluated. Spam submissions, robobids, or proposals that do not address the requested services will not be considered.All bids will be evaluated in accordance with ERate competitive bidding rules, with price as the highestweighted factor.
