All Service Providers responding to the posted Form 470 are to be awarded contractors under the CALNET NextGen State Master Contract under an appropriate and corresponding service category, i.e. Category 20, 23, 24, 25 and/or 30 with a contract end date of 6/30/2028. The Applicant will not accept any bids from service providers that are not listed under the terms of the master contracts.
Services shall be ready to begin as early as July 1, 2027. Request for information must be submitted in writing only to the attention of Nicholas Depauw via email at [contact in the Form 470]. Questions and answers will be posted on the EPC portal site. The district will not respond to phone inquiries. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Quantities are estimated and may increase or decrease over the term of the awarded contract.
SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid Proposals and will be disqualified from consideration.
