MIBS and BMIC dropdowns were listed above in case USAC deems any of the necessary software licenses to fit that category.____________________________________________________________________Site Visits A voluntary site visit will be held at McCormicks Creek Elementary School, 1601 W Flatwoods Road, Spencer, IN beginning at the main door at 10 AM Eastern, November 25, 2026.
This will be the only opportunity to ask questions or to receive answers to questions related to this RFP. Respondents choosing not to attend in so doing acknowledge their understanding that they were offered and voluntarily declined the opportunity. Please indicate your intent to attend by emailing Norm Warner, Technology Coordinator at [contact in the Form 470] by November 24, 2026 at 2 PM Eastern.____________________________________________________________________Proposal DeliveryThe Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
