All emailed questions should reference this Form 470 number in the subject line of the email.-Cabling including all cables, connectors, cords, mounting hardware and any other related items necessary to install and integrate approximately 400 +/- new cable runs into the building's network infrastructure.____________________________________________________________Site Visits A voluntary site visit will be held at McCormicks Creek Elementary School, 1601 W Flatwoods Road, Spencer, IN beginning at the main door at 10 AM Eastern, November 25, 2026.
This will be the only opportunity to ask questions or to receive answers to questions related to this RFP. Respondents choosing not to attend in so doing acknowledge their understanding that they were offered and voluntarily declined the opportunity. Please indicate your intent to attend by emailing Norm Warner, Technology Coordinator at [contact in the Form 470] by November 24, 2026 at 2 PM Eastern.Building drawings will be provided at the site visit provided they are requested in advance via e-mail to Norm Warner, Technology Coordinator at [contact in the Form 470].
Requests for building drawings should be received no later than November 24, 2026 at 2 PM Eastern. For security reasons, this is the only way to get these drawings.____________________________________________________________Proposal DeliveryThe Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid.
