Failure to submit the completed worksheet may result in disqualification. There will be no bidders conference, job walk, or product/service demonstrations, either in person or remotely.Vendors must comply with all requirements and specifications contained in the attached RFP and all associated solicitation documents. Failure to comply with any stated requirement may result in disqualification. Quantities identified on FCC Form 470 are estimates only and do not constitute a commitment to purchase or guarantee that any quantity will be awarded.Vendors must not be debarred, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from participating in public procurement. The Applicant reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet applicable eligibility or procurement requirements.To ensure that all bidders receive the same information and have an equal opportunity to respond, the Applicant will communicate solicitation-related information, including addenda, clarifications, questions and answers, and revisions to the Form 470 or associated bid documents, exclusively through the USAC EPC Portal.
