Woodridge School District 68 (the District) is seeking competitive proposals for a complete firewall hardware solution, including all necessary equipment, licensing, manufacturer support, and associated professional installation, configuration, migration, and integration services. All proposed equipment and services must meet or exceed the minimum specifications and requirements outlined in the attached "SCOPE OF SERVICES " document, which includes the detailed Statement of Work, technical specifications, vendor responsibilities, implementation requirements, and proposal pricing instructions.Vendors must review the attached document in its entirety and submit proposals that address all applicable requirements.Line Items 1, 2, 3 and 4 - Purchase, installation, configuration, decommissioning, and engineering of new firewall and 5-year subscriptions, as further detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).:- +/-1 Palo Alto 3420, SKU PAN-PA-3420, or equivalent. - +/-2 Palo Alto 10G Optical Transceiver Modules, SKU PAN-SFP-PLUS-SR, or equivalent.- +/-1 Palo Alto 5-year security bundle, SKU PAN-PA-3420-BND-PRECISIONAI-5YR, or equivalent.- +/-1 Palo Alto 5-year GlobalProtect subscription, SKU PAN-PA-3420-PAA-5YR, or equivalent.- +/-1 Palo Alto 5-year Premium Support, SKU PAN-SVC-PREM-3420-5YR, or equivalent.Note: Any e-rate ineligible products, services or components bundled with eligible products or services must be listed separately from the eligible products or services; failure to do so can lead to rejection of the bid/quote.

Vendor must provide eligibility percentage of portions of plans that are deemed ineligible. Proposer's response must include hardware and any applicable warranty requirements.
