AWARD NOTICE AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.301, FAR 6.305, and FAR Part 12, the Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division (HCD) - South, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial sole source contract under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(l) / FAR 6.302-1 ("Only One Responsible Source") Contract Number: HT940826PE032, Solicitation / Notice ID: HT940826QE038, Contractor: Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc. Total Award Value: $798,435.00 (Base Year+ Four 12-Month Option Years) Performance Period: October 15, 2026 - October 14, 2031 (if option exercised).
Place of Performance: William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), 18511 Highlander Medics Street, Fort Bliss, TX 79906.
