The purpose of Amendment 01 is to update the list of required attachments for a full proposal and specify the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements. All changes are highlighted in yellow.
This publication constitutes a long term open call following and satisfying competitive requirements of 10 U.S.C. § 4021, 10 U.S.C. § 4022, and 10 U.S.C. § 4023. Any resultant award negotiations will follow all pertinent law and regulation, and any negotiations and/or awards as required by statute and as specified in the Innovative Solutions Opening.

2. Receiving an invitation to submit a Proposal.
