Project No./Title: 521-24-102, "Renovate Wards 2K and 2B for Optometry/Ophthalmology Clinical Use" Project Location: Birmingham VA Health Care System - See box 7 This acquisition is 100% Set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) only. The SDVOSB Business must be 51% or more owned and controlled by one or more service-connected veterans. Offerors are required to complete VAAR 852.219-75, Limitations on Subcontracting (See Attachment 2).

Offerors MUST ensure registration in these websites are accurate, complete, and have not expired prior to proposal due date or thereafter.
