PURPOSE & BACKGROUND

The 76th SWEG/MXDEBA Squadron located at at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is conducting market research to identify capable sources and assess industry capabilities regarding the provision of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing services within a Government Community Cloud High (GCC High) environment.
The findings from this RFI will assist the Government in refining its acquisition strategy, determining the feasibility of a full and open competition versus a Small Business SetAside (inclusive of 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB), and assessing commercial pricing structures and capabilities.

Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Services (GCC High Environment) The contractor must be capable of furnishing all necessary personnel, infrastructure, licenses/SKUs, configurations, and technical support to deliver certified Direct Routing telecommunications capabilities for Microsoft Teams in a Department of Defense (DoD) / GCC High environment.
The specific service requirements and components include: 1. Core Direct Routing Access (GCC High)

User Capacity Tier: Direct Routing access supporting 101 to 500 users within a Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant.

Required Baseline Access: Provision of required Direct Routing GCC High SKUs
