The purpose of this Notice is to announce Industry Day for upcoming contracts in Facility Management Contracting Division (PQFA) Facilities across Colorado, South Dakota, Alaska, Washington, Wyoming, Utah, Montana and Idaho. Also including a brief presentation from Facility Operation Division and the Facility Management Contracting Division (Zones 5, 6 and 7) and.
General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking several viable qualified Contractors that have performed or have the capability to perform a multitude of Recurring Services. Contractors will have an opportunity to submit questions in advance of Day 1. Questions received before the event will be addressed during the November 17, 2026, presentation. Contractors may also submit questions following the event. GSA will post the questions and answers (Q&A), along with the Day 1 presentation slides, under this Special Notice.
